To our loyal four legged crag companions,
As the seasons change and the crags beckon, we find ourselves reminiscing about the steadfast friends who've been there through every ascent, every slip, and every breathtaking view. Yes, we're talking about our furry, four-legged companions—our beloved "Crag Dogs."
Crag Dogs, you hold a special place in the hearts of climbers. You've been our companions on the trails, our moral support on tough routes, and our joyful explorers on rest days. You've seen us at our best, and you've patiently watched us work through cruxes.
You are the seasoned adventurers who've made those early morning starts all the more exciting, the campfires a little warmer, and the sunsets at the crag a lot sweeter. You've mastered the art of napping on a crash pad, and your ability to find the coziest nook in a tent is unrivaled.
Crag Dogs, you've also shown us the meaning of living in the moment. As we strive to reach the summit, you've shown us that the journey is just as important as the destination. Your tails wagging in the wind remind us to savor every rock, every trail, and every campsite. Your unwavering loyalty reminds us that, even when the climb gets tough, we're never alone.
To the old hands at the crag, we honor your tireless spirit and the countless trails you've ventured. To the new recruits, we eagerly look forward to the climbs and adventures we'll share.
So, to our trusty Crag Dogs, as we gear up for another season of climbing, we want to salute you, appreciate you, and offer a warm, "Woof, woof!" of gratitude for your unwavering friendship.
You are not just climbing partners; you're family, and the crag wouldn't be the same without you.
Climb on, and may the trails and crags continue to be our playground!
